Job Description

As a Business Data Analyst Trainee, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data produced by the Support and Incident Management process on a global scale. Your mission is to explore and interpret the data to obtain useful business insights.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES 

- Collect and organize data from tools such as ServiceNow, FCC (Call center) 

- Create and improve existing reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in both monthly and weekly indicators.

- Explore, analyze and visualize data to identify relevant trends and insights.

- Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and translate needs into data-driven solutions.

- Work comfortably with databases and Dashboards, and contribute to their continuous improvement.

 

 

Qualifications

- Academic Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar;

- Must have eligibility for IEFP Internship

- Solid mathematical and statistical knowledge;
- Knowledge of programming languages ​​is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Pack Office (Excel, Power point, Word...)
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. French would be an advantage;
- Ability to demonstrate rigor, organization, reactive and analytical spirit.
