About the Role:As a Junior Product Manager for Foxit's Fusion Platform, you will play a key role in shaping product enhancements and AI-driven capabilities within our integrated document and workflow ecosystem. Leveraging your experience with widely adopted AI tools, you'll collaborate with product teams, engineering, and data  science to deliver innovative, AI-powered user experiences.
Responsibilities:·       Work closely with senior product owners and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize enhancements leveraging AI for Foxit Fusion.·       Develop and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation that clearly articulate Fusion's integrated AI features.·       Support product backlog management aligned with strategic objectives, particularly focusing on AI integration and usability.·       Assist with user and market research to uncover new opportunities for integrating AI within the Fusion ecosystem.·       Facilitate clear and effective communication among technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on AI initiatives.·       Track product metrics and user feedback to inform continuous improvements and iterations.
Qualifications:·       Bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience.·       1-2 years in product management or product ownership roles, with hands-on experience using widely adopted AI tools.·       Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence, specifically as integrated into contemporary SaaS products.·       Familiarity with agile methodologies and the product lifecycle, especially within integrated software ecosystems like Fusion.·       Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Preferred Skills:·       Hands-on experience with popular AI platforms and frameworks (OpenAI APIs, TensorFlow, GPT models).·       Competency with data analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) for extracting insights and supporting decisions.·       Enthusiasm for staying updated on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
