With oversight of Portfolio and Product Management (Devices & Sensors, Patient Engagement, Clinic Workflows), Design & Research (UX & Industrial Design), and Data & AI functions, you will ensure holistic, user centric, and regulatory-compliant solutions for next generation medical devices and digital health products. Your purview spans data engineering, pipelines, curation, governance, model development (AI/ML), deployment (MLOps), and advanced AI techniques—such as large language models (LLMs), agentic AI, and prompt engineering—while you collaborate across innovation, R&D, software, regulatory, clinical, quality, marketing, and commercial teams. By leveraging deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), big data processing, and generative AI, you will transform complex clinical and healthcare data into actionable intelligence—driving innovation in AI-powered diagnostics, patient engagement, and clinical decision support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish strategic partnerships with external stakeholders (research institutions, technology vendors) to accelerate innovation and expand our product ecosystem. Drive close collaboration with clinical experts, ensuring that product features and data-driven insights align with real-world patient and healthcare provider needs.
• Oversee the Product Management function, setting the strategy for all product lines, aligning hardware, software, and data roadmaps to create cohesive experiences across Devices & Sensors, Patient Engagement, and Clinic Workflow product portfolios based on business objectives and market needs.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs for product lines, AI initiatives, and design impact, regularly reporting to executive leadership. Continuously scan emerging trends in AI, data analytics, and UX/ID design for opportunities to advance our competitive advantage. Develop and present executive-level updates on product, data, and AI milestones, risks, and opportunities to the ELT. Optimize Resource Allocation across product, design, and AI teams, ensuring strategic investment in R&D, hiring, and technology platforms that accelerate product timelines.
• Spearhead Design & Research (UX, UI, Industrial Design) to create user-centric solutions that meet rigorous human factors and regulatory standards. Establish robust data governance processes that comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, ISO 62366, etc.) and ensure patient privacy and safety.
• Lead the Data & AI teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, MLOps, Governance) to build and deploy scalable data pipelines, product-quality AI/ML models (including LLMs and agentic AI), and secure cloud data architectures (AWS) to delivering AI-driven insights that power evidence-based decisions and product innovations.
• Define and drive a unified product vision and portfolio in partnership with innovation, R&D, software, clinical, regulatory, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration of data insights, design elements, and product features. Champion a product development culture that balances speed, agility, and quality while meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements.
• Ensure robust documentation and process adherence across design, product, and Data/AI teams to support regulatory filings and quality management systems (QMS). Lead root cause investigations and guide corrective/preventative actions when product or data issues arise, maintaining high product quality standards.
• Recruit world-class talent to build and lead high-performing product management, data/AI, and design teams, attracting exceptional professionals while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous development.
