Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team in Jakarta. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in working with data to drive insights. Proficiency in Oracle Analytics is a must. In this role, you will support business decisions by analyzing complex data sets, building dashboards, and generating actionable insights across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights using Oracle Analytics tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate, actionable reports.
• Perform data validation, cleaning, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests from stakeholders.
• Help improve data processes and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle Analytics (Oracle Analytics Cloud, OBIEE, or similar).
• Solid understanding of SQL and data querying.
• Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.
