Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Senior Developer with deep expertise in the logistics and transportation industry to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that transform supply chain operations. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving predictive analytics, autonomous systems, and real-time optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for logistics use cases such as route optimization, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and model training workflows using cloud-native tools.
• Optimize model performance and ensure reliability in production environments.
• Contribute to the development of AI-driven platforms and tools for logistics automation.
• Stay updated on the latest AI trends and tools relevant to transportation and supply chain.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in logistics or transportation.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data engineering tools (e.g., Spark, Airflow) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics KPIs.
• Experience in working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with real-time data processing and IoT integration.
• Familiarity with digital twin technologies or autonomous delivery systems.
