Job Title: AI Architect General
Job Summary: Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML engineer with deep expertise in cloud-based AI/ML products, data engineering, and software development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design and optimize relational, dimensional, or NoSQL database schemas, providing detailed solution specifications (time, cost, efforts). You will also guide the design, development, and modification of integrated solutions, analyzing technology stacks and assessing implementation gaps. This role involves collaborating with multi-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various applications used in functional areas such as Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain, Contact Center, Marketing, and People Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Development:
o Lead the architectural design and development of AI/ML models and integrated solutions.
o Enhance the design and user experience to ensure intuitive and efficient interaction with AI solutions.
• Innovation and Improvement:
o Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the functionality and user engagement of AI models.
o Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, data analytics, and user experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
o Drive a compelling narrative for the value proposition of AI solutions, highlighting their impact on operational success.
• Project Management:
o Document infrastructure design components and connectivity.
o Oversee the project lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing support.
Requirements:
• Technical Expertise:
o 5-7 years of ML application development and deployment, capable of designing, implementing, and maintaining AI applications.
o 3-5 years of hands-on Python experience with the ability to quickly and comfortably deliver ML code in Python.
o 3-5 years of Exploratory Data Analysis with text/unstructured data, data labeling, and tokenization.
o 2-5 years of building infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading using SQL and cloud big data technologies.
o 2-3 years of experience with NLP, transformers, and encoding techniques.
o 1-2 years of API development for ML/deep learning on cloud platforms.
o Proficient in data access, governance, network, and application security.
o Experience with vector databases and cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, DocumentDB, Glue, Sagemaker, Sagemaker Jumpstart, Bedrock AI).
o Experience with Sagemaker Studio, Sagemaker Jumpstart, EC2, EKS, Redshift, RDS, DocumentDB.
o Experience with PyTorch and deep learning ML libraries.
• Communication and Collaboration:
o Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in driving value propositions and business narratives.
