A Day in the Life of a Data Analyst II
As a Data Analyst II, you will focus on:

· Ensuring constant availability of data and performance reports (across all objectives such as sales, service, digitization, customer satisfaction, and lead generation) for daily steering and performance discussions.
· Building and managing a backlog in coordination with management, based on both business and data-technical prioritization.
· Proactively analyzing direct metrics and, where necessary, linking them with other parameters. You will then inform stakeholders, often Senior Management or Expert Leads.
What Makes You Successful
Together with the team, you take responsibility for maximizing the efficiency and continuous availability of data and performance reports related to all ambitions.
· You hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field—or have at least 3 years of equivalent experience.
· You are fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
· You perform sharp analyses based on available data.
· You have 2–5 years of demonstrable experience with data analysis using tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel, Cognos, Power BI, or Python.
· You know how to translate a business question into analytical questions and provide clear, visually appealing answers.
· You are a team player within and beyond your team, with a proactive attitude and a sense of ownership for assigned projects. You are also happy to work 50% of your time at the newly renovated Marnix office in Brussels.
As a Data Analyst II at Daily Banking & Client First, You Will:
· Play a crucial role in supporting the successful achievement of our commercial growth
objectives in the statutory branch network.
· Develop your expertise in a naturally data-driven and evolving domain.
· Grow both your analytical and project management skills.
· Collaborate with colleagues from the Tribe Daily Banking & Client First, Data Management, and other product teams.
