Job Description & Summary: As an Advanced Analytics and Generative AI Developer, you will harness the power of large language models (LLMs), machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and statistics to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions. You will have a crucial role in optimizing generative AI models to improve business processes across various fields, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate these models into scalable, secure cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities:

-Design and develop advanced generative AI applications, including agent-based chatbots, RAG applications, natural language processing systems, automated content creation tools, and text-to-image transformation technologies etc. -Optimizing generative AI applications, including model fine-tuning, data management, and infrastructure enhancements to improve efficiency and performance. -Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure or AWS, ensuring robustness and security. -Conduct advanced prompt engineering and model fine-tuning to tailor AI models to specific business applications. -Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed AI models into existing business frameworks effectively. -Stay informed on the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, NLP, and analytics technologies.

Mandatory skill sets:

-Comprehensive knowledge of machine learning, NLP, and statistical methodologies. -Proficiency in Python, with a robust background in API integration, data processing, and managing AI model outputs. -Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar tools. -Excellent teamwork and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.

Preferred skill sets:

-Experience with vector databases like FAISS or Pinecone for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation. -Awareness of ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and model fairness. -Experience in developing cloud-native solutions and leveraging big data technologies.

Years of experience required:

-5-8 years of experience in AI model development, with a strong emphasis on generative AI.

-B.Tech / M.Tech (Computer Science, Mathematics & Scientific Computing etc.)
