We're seeking someone to join our Centralized Finance Change team in Centralized Management to manage the delivery of complex projects as well as take forward Data Governance in Basel Capital Credit & Operational Risk domain.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is a Vice President level position within the Portfolio & Change Management Job Family which manages strategic change management, process re-engineering, and establishment of control procedures for projects. Focus on milestone delivery across projects, manage risks and issues that impact program objectives, and facilitate communication across related projects and impacted stakeholders to keep programs on track.

What you'll do in the role:
- Work with geographically dispersed groups across IT, Finance and Risk in a very dynamic, rapidly evolving and high pressure, high visibility project setting
- Take ownership of:
> Prioritization and ownership of technology change deliveries to achieve strategic regulatory & renovation goals
> Planning and effective communications within delivery team (Agile Squad) and Sr. Management
> Advance Data Governance goals for Finance division including updating data dictionary, adding data attribute & dataset level controls, feed governance and data lineage
> Stakeholder management and independently running working groups
> Follow effective governance process including 1LOD/2LOD/3LOD support
> Ensure adequate documentation is created and maintained
> Ensure smooth transition from project to BAU phase
- Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment
- Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them
- Act as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards

What you'll bring to the role:
- 7+ years experienced Project Manager & Business Analyst
- Prior experience in delivering complex changes driven by Regulatory or internal initiatives. Preferable to have experience working as 'Product Owner' or 'Product Delivery Lead'
- Preferable to have experience in US Federal Reserve Basel 3 Capital regulations
- Preferable to have experience in Data Governance or Data Lineage programs as Delivery Lead or Workstream Lead
- Good to have experience/expertise in Regulatory Reports such as FR-Y9C, FR-Y15, FFIEC-101, FR-Y14A, etc.
- Expertise in Trade Life Cycle across various Investment Banking products including derivatives, secured-financing transactions, loans, etc.
- Proficient in communicating project status and risks to stakeholders and Fleet lead
- Proficient in Agile software development methodology and practices
- Should own the quality and timeliness of delivery and not be afraid to challenge status quo and seek to constantly improve upon current state
- Hands on experience of end to end testing, including the following specific activities:
> Review and analysis of business requirements / user stories to validate acceptance criteria and create test scenarios, test case and test data
> Test strategy planning and managing UAT and test cycles with all stakeholders - IT, users, and project
> Application of testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution
> Implementation of processes/ process improvements, including automation of testing where possible and appropriate
> Strong co-ordination/ organization skills, coordinating across the various teams involved in project delivery (IT, end users/SMEs, other stakeholders)
> Knowledge of tools - Rally, JIRA, Alteryx, PowerBI desirable
- Proficiency in MS Vizio and Excel
> Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
> Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
> Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and acknowledge efforts of team members
> Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences, and create plans to mitigate those risks

Salary range for the position: $95,000 - $165,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
