As (Senior) Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) you will actively shape the data-driven future of fluege.de. You will develop scalable data solutions, sharpen the analytical view of our marketing performance and provide a sound basis for decision-making for budget management, campaign planning, and user growth. In close cooperation with our marketing, BI and tech teams, you will drive the professionalization of our marketing analytics landscape - hands-on, strategic and always with a clear goal: to exploit the full potential of our data.

Deine Aufgaben

• You develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines that transform raw data from marketing, costs and CRM into clean, scalable and analyzable data sets
• You forecast, simulate and monitor key marketing KPIs to enable informed decisions for marketing campaigns and strategies
• You provide the data basis for allocating marketing and campaign budgets, conducting creative tests and creating meaningful performance reports across paid and owned channels
• You translate complex marketing questions into clear, understandable analyses and recommendations for action
• You create dashboards and insights that provide cross-functional teams with information on practicability and/or necessary adjustments
• You lead data-driven initiatives to analyze user behavior, evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities

Dein Profil

• You have an above-average master's degree in marketing, controlling, business mathematics or business informatics or a comparable qualification
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, growth data science or analytics engineering - ideally in a dynamic B2C or travel environment
• You are proficient in SQL at a high level and can efficiently translate complex logical structures into database queries
• You are comfortable working with Python (or R) for data processing, analysis and automation
• You have experience in building scalable data models and analytics frameworks
• You understand how to translate data-based insights into compelling, business-relevant recommendations (data storytelling)
• You have a structured way of working, strong organizational skills and a strong hands-on mentality
• You have practical experience with BI tools such as Looker, MicroStrategy or Power BI
• You are highly familiar with cloud-based analytics environments, especially Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery
• You have initial experience with ETL and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or dbt

Nice to have 

• You have experiences with marketing attribution models (e.g. multi-touch, algorithmic) and marketing mix modeling (MMM)
• You are familiar with web and app analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Amplitude
• You have worked with tag managers like Google Tag Manager in the past
