We are committed to moving...In this position you will be responsible for the administration, performance, availability, and security of the Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system. As the Hyperion Administrator, you will manage, maintain, and optimize our Oracle HFM-based group reporting solution in cooperation with our HFM architect. Your role will serve as a critical bridge between IT and Finance, ensuring that the HFM platform supports accurate and timely financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will be must be technically inclined, with a strong understanding of financial systems and a proactive approach to system improvement and user support.
Key Responsibilities
HFM System Administration oversees the day-to-day operations of a large-scale HFM application, monitors system performance, and troubleshoots errors to ensure high availability and reliability. It applies patches, upgrades, and configuration changes as needed to maintain system health and compliance.
Metadata and Hierarchy Management maintains and updates metadata structures, including account, entity, and custom dimensions. It ensures consistency and accuracy in financial hierarchies to support the reporting and consolidation processes.
User Access and Security manages end-user provisioning, roles, and access rights within HFM. It implements and enforces security policies to protect sensitive financial data.
User Support and Training acts as the first line of support for HFM users, solving issues and answering queries. It prepares training and documentation to help users navigate the system effectively and supports integration with related tools, such as a tailored ETL tool (e.g., Data Management System - DMS).
Collaboration with Finance works closely with finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system enhancements. It participates in the design and implementation of process improvements and automation within HFM.
Special Projects contributes to or leads special initiatives, such as system migrations, audits, or new module implementations.
In this position you will report to George Brezuica, Director, Group Control and the location is in Espoo or Tampere.
To succeed in this role
Demonstrates a technically oriented mindset, with the ability to understand and manage complex system configurations.
3 or more years of experience with HFM or similar financial consolidation tools (e.g., OneStream, SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS) is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communicator who can work cross-functionally with IT and Finance teams in English.
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
