This role is located in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving the integration of various software services, data  stores, and mission applications into the Clairvoyant Framework, ensuring adherence to  architectural principles like modularity, loose coupling, and limited inter-component dependencies.

  • Working with the Integrated Data Platform (IDP) and Integrated Data Layer (IDL) to ensure integrated intelligence datasets are discoverable and accessible via robust APIs, supporting community-wide data availability and intelligence integration.
  • Supporting the integration of common framework and mission services, including authentication & authorization, auditing, real-time  monitoring, and orchestration, and integrating tools like Multi-INT Makerspace (M2) and SageMakerSpace for development and prototyping.
  • Defining, developing, and executing detailed test procedures and Hosting Test Plans (HTPs) to verify Framework requirements and assess compliance of application hosting mechanisms, ensuring traceability between testing activities and requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information  Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems integration, systems engineering, software development, or related IT systems development.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with modern architectural principles, including system openness, modularity, loose coupling, and bounded context, for building extensible and resilient systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, CloudFormation), and familiarity with Amazon  SC2S and C2S environments.
  • Proficiency with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines  and automation scripting (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Familiarity with data integration concepts and API management to support data  access and exploitation.
  • Understanding of systems engineering practices, including requirements  management, testing, and configuration management.
  • Ability to work in an Agile development environment, participating in  sprint/release planning and backlog grooming.
  • US Citizenship and an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and a successfully completed Counterintelligence Polygraph.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting NRO or other Intelligence Community (IC) missions.
  • Familiarity with the I2SPO Multi-INT Makerspace (M2) or SageMakerSpace.
  • Knowledge of specific IC or DoD security standards and directives (e.g., ICD 503, NIST  SP 800 series).
  • Experience contributing to or publishing developed source code or solutions to common repositories.
  • Participation in IC activities to improve and advance DevOps tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) or Object-Based Production (OBP) concepts.
