We're looking for a Power BI Business Analyst - Operations Intelligence Industry 4.0 with a deep understanding of time series analytics to join our team and help transform complex datasets into powerful business insights.

This is a unique opportunity for a Power BI professional who thrives in data-rich environments like operations, industrial IoT, or manufacturing. If you're experienced with DAX, Power Query, and time-based modeling – and ready to bring data to life – we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards to visualize time-based trends, anomalies, seasonality, and performance metrics
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into interactive, impactful reporting solutions
• Aggregate and transform large time series datasets for forecasting, trend analysis, and historical review
• Build robust, scalable data models and complex DAX calculations to support advanced time intelligence
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data sources and pipelines are optimized for time series analysis
• Implement advanced features like rolling averages, Year-over-Year (YoY), and Period-over-Period (PoP) comparisons
• Support integration with Industry 4.0 frameworks and real-time/near real-time analytics solutions
• Document best practices to ensure consistency, governance, and high performance across Power BI environments

What you bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards, reports, and enterprise-level data models
• Deep experience working with time series data, including time intelligence functions and performance trends
• Advanced skills in DAX and Power Query (M language), with the ability to build complex calculations and custom measures
• Strong business acumen and the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in operational, industrial, IoT, or other high-frequency data environments
• Familiarity with data sources such as SQL Server, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or cloud-based platforms
• Bonus if you have experience with real-time data feeds, predictive analytics, or anomaly detection
• Power BI Certification (PL-300 or equivalent) is a strong plus
