Job Overview:  

The Digital and Customer Analytics Expert plays a key role in shaping data-driven strategies that enhance customer experiences, drive growth, and improve overall business performance. By integrating insights across the end-to-end customer journey—including CVM campaigns, telco and digital product usage, app and platform interactions, customer segments, and operational KPIs—this role delivers actionable recommendations that support customer-centric, digital-first decision-making. The goal is to increase engagement, retention, and profitability through seamless, personalized experiences aligned with the company’s broader digital and strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design targeted campaigns across appropriate channels, creating relevant messaging and creative assets to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers through targeted campaigns and optimized acquisition channels. Improve onboarding experiences by identifying and resolving pain points in early customer journeys.

  • Analyze user behavior across digital touchpoints—including MyGP, third-party recharge, and content platforms—to optimize journeys, increase engagement, and drive digital revenue.

  • Support digital cashback and offer strategy by evaluating performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring cost-effectiveness through data-driven recommendations.

  • Collaborate with digital product and platform teams to define, measure, and improve key metrics such as activation, feature adoption, repeat usage, and conversion across app and IoT experiences.

  • Use customer behavior data to identify churn risks, drive engagement initiatives, and support loyalty programs. Create personalized offers and experiences to increase lifetime value and reduce churn.

  • Leverage exploratory data analysis, visualization tools, and collaborate with data scientists to uncover trends, provide actionable insights, and support strategic business decisions.

  • Track key performance indicators, detect abnormalities, and generate detailed reports to inform stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and continuous performance improvement.

  • Create and refine customer segmentation models to enable precise targeting and tailored experiences. Continuously adjust strategies based on customer response, segment performance, and market trends.

  • Analyze customer journeys from acquisition to retention, identifying touchpoints and pain points to enhance onboarding, engagement, and loyalty programs for long-term value.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, share best practices and industry insights, and implement innovative solutions to maximize campaign impact and maintain competitive advantage.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor / Masters in Business, Applied/Statistics & Computer Science is preferred.

  • Specialized training in Data Problem solving and Data science

  • Knowledge of SQL, R OR Python, and visualization tool (Power BI/Qlik/Tableau)

  • 2 years of experience in areas such as Commercial Planning, Strategy, Product Management, Business Intelligence. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in conducting analysis using complex dataset

  • Understanding of revenue segments & drivers, telco-digital product & contextual offers, product lifecycle & GTM management

  • Understanding of competition landscape, regulatory environment, consumer insight, industry & global benchmarking.
