The Master Data Analyst Staff is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of customer master data across enterprise systems such as Salesforce and Workday. This role ensures timely processing of data requests, supports cross-functional collaboration, and contributes to continuous improvement of data quality processes.

What you'll do:

1. Master Data Request Management

  • Monitor the Master Data Requests Queue and process updates in Salesforce and Workday within a 9-hour SLA.

  • Handle a variety of requests, including but not limited to:

  • Customer currency changes

  • EIN verification

  • Site activation/deactivation

  • Address and name updates

  • Invoice contact changes

  • Duplicate account merges

2. SKU and Pricing Support

  • Assist in the creation of new SKUs and pricing structures.

  • Support SKU and pricing setup for newly acquired entities.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Compliance, Sales Support, Legal, Finance Operations, and Data Health teams to ensure all changes comply with legal, operational, and SOX requirements.

4. Month-End Support

  • Provide additional support during month-end close to assist Sales with contract-related data changes.

5. Integration Monitoring

  • Review daily reports for failed integrations and resolve issues in the appropriate systems.

6. Work Item Management

  •  Address and complete assigned ADO (Azure DevOps) cards in a timely manner.

7. Documentation

  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for daily operational tasks and procedures.

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in master data management, data quality, or related operations roles.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Workday.

  • Familiarity with data integration tools and troubleshooting failed data loads.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar work tracking systems.

  • Strong Excel skills; experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.

  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and data governance best practices preferred.

  • Experience supporting sales operations or finance teams preferred.

  • Exposure to SKU and pricing management preferred.
