We are looking for a mission-drivenĀ AI Product Full Stack Engineer to help us bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI models and operational deployment. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of software engineering, DevSecOps, and data engineeringāenabling our data science and modeling teams to rapidly field AI/ML solutions in real-world, mission-critical environments.
Youāll be responsible for transforming research-grade models and analytic applications into robust, secure, and scalable products. This includes wrapping existing models in Python or R with front-end and back-end infrastructure, building pipelines that support LLM and advanced analytics integration, and navigating the security and infrastructure challenges of deploying in DoD cloud ecosystems. This is a hands-on engineering role with real product ownership and immediate impact.

You Have:
7+ years of experience in full stack application development, including both front-end and back-end frameworks
7+ years of experience operationalizing models or data-driven applications at enterprise scale
5+ years of experience building and maintaining cloud-native data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, or model-serving infrastructure
Experience integrating Python or R-based analytic models into web or cloud-deployed applications
Experience with containerization, such as Docker or Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines tailored for secure environments, such as DevSecOps
Experience navigating accreditation, ATO, and infrastructure or security requirements for operational deployment
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure in DoD or secure environments, such as AWS GovCloud or IL5/6
Ability to collaborate with data scientists and modelers to productionize prototypes and research code
Secret clearance
Bachelorās degree in a Computer Science or Engineering field
Nice If You Have:
10+ years of experience with Python, SQL, or full stack frameworks like React, Flask, FastAPI, or Django
5+ years of experience working in Agile Scrum environments
Experience deploying or supporting AI/ML solutions in cloud-native environments, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience building or maintaining data infrastructure supporting LLMs, embeddings, or advanced analytics
Experience with distributed data processing frameworks, such as Spark, Databricks, or Kafka
Experience integrating or managing data lakes, warehouses, or NoSQL platforms, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Redshift, or Snowflake
Experience with streaming data, real-time analytics, or edge or cloud hybrid deployments
TS/SCI clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individualās particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allenās total compensation package for employees.
