Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

AI Architecture & Development · Design and implement generative AI models (e.g., Transformers, GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models). · Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and multi-agent frameworks. · Fine-tune pre-trained models for domain-specific tasks (e.g., NLP, vision, genomics). · Ensure model scalability, performance, and interpretability. System Integration & Deployment · Integrate AI models into full-stack applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Django). · Deploy models using cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI). · Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Collaboration & Leadership · Work with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to translate business/scientific needs into AI solutions. · Lead architectural decisions across model lifecycle: training, deployment, monitoring, and versioning. · Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Compliance & Documentation · Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR). · Maintain comprehensive documentation for models, systems, and workflows. --- Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. · 5+ years in AI/ML development; 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles. · Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch. · Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools. · Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or life sciences applications. --- Preferred Qualifications: · Experience in domains like marketing, capital markets, or life sciences (e.g., drug discovery, genomics). · Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein and other enterprise AI tools. · Knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA, EMA) and ethical AI practices. · Experience with multimodal data (text, image, genomic, clinical).
