Join our Operations Intelligence team as a BI Analyst & Power BI Developer and play a key role in enabling data-driven decisions, optimizing operations, and creating global BI solutions that make a difference.

Empower smarter decisions across our global operations

In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team focused on operational excellence. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Production, Logistics, Planning, Supply Chain and beyond to deliver intuitive dashboards and insights that support continuous improvements and business development.

You’ll also have the opportunity to grow your own skills and knowledge in business intelligence – all while influencing key operational decisions at a global scale.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that drive strategic and operational insights
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting processes and business efficiency
• Providing analytical support and BI guidance to regional and global stakeholders
• Supporting training and promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making across Operations
• Acting as a bridge between business and digital teams to ensure the right solutions are delivered
• Contributing to the globalisation and optimisation of BI tools within the Operations organisation

What you bring to the team

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience with Power BI development and data modelling
• The ability to simplify complex data for non-technical users
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working across teams
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with SQL is an advantage
