What You'll do:

- Develop CI/CD pipelines for predictive and causal models;

- Ensure automated retraining, model versioning, and production model management;

- Monitor performance metrics, data/model drift, and infrastructure availability;

- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and data engineers;

- Implement MLOps practices aligned with industry standards (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, Kubernetes);

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;

- 3+ years of experience in MLOps with machine learning models in production;

- Experience with tools such as MLflow, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Airflow, Azure ML, SageMaker, or equivalents;

- Strong knowledge of Python and cloud/hybrid environments;

- Experience with metric monitoring and automated retraining is highly valued.
