Are you a person who thrives in collaboration with people? Well, we want you! As our Business Intelligence Expert, you will join our newly created Sustainability Value Stream. The sustainability value stream team supports Tetra Pak global sustainability organisation with capability building related to data, process, systems and people. We need to serve the Sustainability Unit with accessible, auditable, useful, and actionable data for reporting purposes, legal requirements and regulations, performance management and not the least – to drive sustainability improvements.

This position will be permanently based at Chakan, Pune office and will report into Director Value Stream Sustainability. 

What you will do

• Daily problem-solving to enable efficient and effective support for both current and future business challenges.  
• Daily interaction with colleagues in a truly multi-cultural and multidimension organization.

• Specialize in exploring and collecting data, preparing it for analysis and developing visualizations that transform the data into understandable, actionable, and inspirational insights, and enable our stakeholders to make fact-based decisions. Use data to tell the story of what’s happening in the business today and in the future.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical data necessary for informed decisions.  
• Drive standardization and automation of data collection, consolidation, and analysis processes.  
• Actively participate in IT development projects related to analytics.  
• Contribute to designing and implementing data-driven solutions.  
• Provide timely support to end-users within the Sustainability community. 

We believe you have

• 10 plus years Experience from working in Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects or other similar reporting tools.
• A Full Time University degree in Data/Information Science, Economics, Business administration or Engineering.     
• Experience from working with SAP HANA Studio, KNIME or similar data preparation tools.   
•  Proficient in utilizing Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, or comparable reporting platforms to design and deliver insightful reports.  
• General understanding of Databricks, Notebooks with languages Spark, SQL and Python 
• Hands-on experience with data preparation tools such as SAP HANA Studio, KNIME, or other similar platforms for efficient data modeling and transformation. 
• As a person you enjoy speed in all the above and rather try and fail, than wait for the perfect moment! You proactively seek out new ideas and opportunities to create value, always prioritizing the best interests of customers, with intuition for both the broader context and the critical details that matter. You have an excellent analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to explore new techniques and tools to do things in a smarter and better way.
