Responsibilities

As a Manager, Data Analyst at Coupang Ads, you will be responsible for the following:     

• Provide data analysis and business insights to increase revenue by utilizing data from Coupang Ads
• Create a data-driven decision-making environment with the insight from various analysis to solve bottleneck on Sales team
• Define analytical framework, perform various analytics and automate reports for Ads Sales.

Basic Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in relevant major such as mathematics, statistics, etc.
• More than 8 years of data analysis and practical experience
• Skilled in data processing/extraction/analysis/reporting using SQL + (R or Python)
• Experience in solving problems by establishing and verifying hypotheses using various analytical techniques and deriving logical inferences and insights based on the results
• Experience in collaborating with various relevant teams and leading projects with data-based communication and proposals based on your own analysis results
• Ability to guide the direction of team members as a team manager and manage team members so that they can grow

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power-BI)
• Experience in business consulting based on data analysis
• Business English
• Exposure to ML based modelling techniques nice to have but not essential

담당 업무:

Coupang Media Group의 Manager, Data Analyst 로서 다음의 업무를 담당하게 됩니다.     

• 쿠팡 미디어 그룹(Coupang Media Group)의 데이터를 활용하여 매출 증대를 위한 데이터 분석 및 Business Insight 제공
• 프리미엄 광고주에게 제공되는 광고 퍼포먼스 대시보드를 기획/관리
• 광고주의 비즈니스 질문에 다양한 각도로 고객 행동 데이터 분석을 통한 Custom Insight 리포트 제공
• 고객 Segment 분석의 고도화를 위한 다양한Feature 분석 및 개발

 

자격 요건:

• 학사 이상의 학위를 보유하고 수학, 통계 등 관련 전공 이수
• 8년 이상의 데이터 분석 및 실무 경력 보유
• SQL + (R 혹은 Python)을 활용하여 데이터 가공/추출/분석/리포팅에 능숙하신 분
• 다양한 분석기법을 가지고 가설 수립 및 검증하고, 그 결과를 근거로 논리적 추론 및 인사이트 도출하여 문제를 해결해본 경험이 있으신 분
• 여러 유관부서와 협업하여 본인의 분석결과를 바탕으로 데이터 기반의 커뮤니케이션 및 제안 등 액션까지 프로젝트를 주도적으로 이끌어본 경험이 있으신 분
• 팀의 매니저로 팀원들의 방향을 가이드 하고, 팀원들이 성장할 수 있도록 매니징 가능하신 분

 

우대 사항:

• 데이터 시각화 툴(e.g. Tableau, Power-BI) 활용 경험이 있으신 분
