Responsabilities:

  • Design, implement, and fine-tune machine learning models for production-grade use cases.

  • Curate and manage datasets used in training, validation, and evaluation.

  • Work closely with engineers to integrate ML models into larger systems and monitor their performance in production.

  • Ensure that AI solutions are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Maintain thorough documentation for reproducibility and team collaboration.

Required qualifications:

  • Solid hands-on experience with AI/ML systems from development to deployment.

  • Proficient in Python; familiarity with TypeScript or Go for integration tasks is a plus.

  • Strong command of tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, Transformers, Llama-factory, VLLM, Megatron-LM, and CUDA.

  • Comfortable working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience deploying models at scale in production environments.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps workflows for ML applications.

  • Previous experience in high-paced, innovation-driven environments (e.g., startups).

  • Background in systems-level optimization for machine learning workloads.
