What a College Intern - Data Science does at HP:

• Analyze Customer Feedback and Telemetry Data: Dive into customer feedback and printer telemetry data, with a focus on “WIFI connectivity”, to identify pain points, improve user experience, and drive product performance enhancements.  
• Perform Competitive Analysis: Data mine and analyse the data to generate actionable insights by comparing product performance, customer satisfaction, and unique features against competitors.  
• Enable Predictive Analytics: Leverage printer telemetry data to build predictive models that anticipate customer needs and improve product reliability.  
• Create Visual Dashboards: Design interactive dashboards to monitor trends, highlight key performance metrics, and showcase competitive differentiators.  

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science/ Data Science.
• Able to commit to a 4-6 months full time internship.
• Excellent data analysis skill.
• Creative thinking.
• Proficient Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) skill.
• Experience in Power BI, Database/SQL, Python (Plus), JMP.
