WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Create and maintain highly performant and scalable ML services and integrate models for different services in enterprise infrastructures.
• Design, build and maintain the ML CI/CD pipeline and workflows automating data collection, data analysis, experimentation, model training, model serving and monitoring in production.
• Train, evaluate and scale machine learning models.
• Interact with stakeholders to understand their needs, make recommendations and design solutions based on these.
• Implementation of ML pipelines and infrastructure.
• Contribute to new trends in development, AI & ML.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Must haves:

• 5 or more years of relevant working experience
• Proven experience in planning, implementing and managing machine learning models and the related infrastructure 
• Highly proficient with Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and scikit-learn 
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, GitHub, Terraform 
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD and related tooling
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data transformation frameworks (e.g. Spark) as well as big data solutions (especially Databricks) 
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms 
• Experience in stakeholder management and direct client contact 
• Effective communication skills and fluent English 

Nice to have:

• Experience in data architecture and database architecture 
• Experience in project management using agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum or Kanban 
• Fluent in German
