About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst working in close collaboration with teams dedicated to commercial insurance and their technological innovations. Through his or her expertise, curiosity, and proactivity, he or she will contribute to achieving the objectives by analyzing the collected data, developing various performance monitoring reports, making recommendations to enhance performance, and proposing improvement paths based on the data found.

The candidate must have experience with analytics and digital performance.

What you'll do here: 

  • Deeply analyze the performance of initiatives using multiple data sources to establish findings (web analytics, system performance, transactional databases, etc.)

  • Work with corporate, operations and planning, IT, UX design teams, as well as the Lab team in Hong Kong to determine the pipeline of initiatives to analyze and the collaborate on requirements of data to collect and report on.

  • Develop, produce, and present analysis on a regular basis

  • Respond to ad hoc data requests

  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative indicator of performance on a regular basis

  • Ensure the quality of the collected data

What you bring to the table: 

  • Passionate about digital, data, and performance

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in digital analysis

  • Mastery of a web analytics tool (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)

  • Mastery of a data visualization tool (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

  • Basic proficiency in SQL and Python

  • Extremely strategic and innovative using data

  • Strong storytelling skills and presentation skills

  • Understanding of the digital data collection implementation process

  • Knowledge of Snowflake, EDP, Databricks is a bonus

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country. 

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
