Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join MAS Intimates as a Senior Associate Data Evangelist. This role would enable you to Support the Analytics function for MAS Intimates by providing advanced technical know-how, identifying initiatives, consulting on tools, technology, and statistical models, and enabling leadership in faster, data-based decision-making. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing management dashboards to reduce repetitive, work-intensive human processes, enabling the company with necessary tools to forecast and make decisions faster in a fluid business environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with functional teams to identify reporting requirements, design and assist in developing data collation frameworks and systems, and create dashboards and management reporting platforms to enable data-driven forecasting, analysis, and decision-making.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports to management to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure continuous audit and monitoring processes are in place to uphold financial governance.
• Demonstrate the ability to apply increasingly complex analytical techniques based on experience and project scope.
• Identify and assess modern technologies and trends for potential integration at MAS.
• Understand the business landscape and propose innovative, data-driven solutions to minimize risk and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with development partners to build and test reliable, high-quality products that meet all business needs, while driving continuous improvements and minimizing downtime.
• Challenge the status quo and foster a culture of passion, innovation, and data-driven decision-making to ensure operational excellence.
• Take the lead in analyzing digital tools and technologies in the global market, ensuring the most suitable tools are implemented to add value and help achieve divisional goals.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, providing support, technical guidance, and promoting best practices to enhance knowledge and efficiency within the pillar.
• Conduct internal training sessions and presentations to share best practices across internal and external teams, facilitating greater adoption of data-driven decision-making.
• Deliver training programs (assigned based on audience level from Executive to Senior Executive cadre) focused on MAS-aligned applications and promoting data democratization within the organization.
• Act as a bridge between central experts and divisional teams, identifying and implementing the best-fit solutions for the business.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 4–6 years of experience in a similar role or capacity.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Power BI, with proficiency in Python, R, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Ability to critically analyze complex data and make sound decisions within tight timeframes.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong technical expertise.
• Proven ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams across all organizational levels.
