The Goal

We’re expanding our AI capabilities and seeking an AI Solutions Manager to bridge the gap between innovation and impact. You’ll work across teams — from HR to Finance to Engineering — to identify high-value opportunities for AI, translate them into actionable use cases, and ensure successful adoption.

This role is all about making AI real: aligning projects with business goals, driving measurable results, and helping teams seamlessly integrate AI into their daily workflows. You’ll be the voice of the business in technical conversations and the advocate for AI in strategic planning.
