At our Krakow Global Business Services (GBS) Hub, we provide essential services across multiple functions, including automation, finance, purchasing, human resources, supply chain, and more. We are currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our Internship Program.

You can join as an Advanced Analytics Intern, supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. 

The Advanced Analytics Intern will support our Data Analysis & Visualization Specialist in developing, improving, and challenging statistical and machine learning models used in industrial optimization. You will work on real-world problems using internal and external data sources, contribute to monthly technical reviews, and explore innovative applications of Generative AI in analytics. 

About You 

• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree, ideally in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering with quantitative modeling experience etc.  

• Forecasting and predictive modeling is an area you are interested in. 

• You can work independently, as well as in a team environment. 

• You have strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 

• You are interested in technology and analysis. 

• A basic understanding of Python, Power BI and SQL is a plus.   

• You can communicate fluently in English (written and spoken). 

• You are familiar with the MS Office suite. 

• You are available at least 20 hours/week. 

• You are willing to learn but also want to share your knowledge and opinions.

• Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 6 months (with the possibility of extension). 

• Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program. 

• Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 20 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week). 

• Hybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.
