Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Data Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a Trade Price Optimization (TPO) model to enhance pricing strategies for our health essence business.

The key responsibilities

• Collaborating with the RGM team and other stakeholders to understand business operations and data logic.
• Developing and implementing advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to optimize trade pricing.
• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform pricing strategies.
• Creating and maintaining data pipelines to ensure the accuracy and availability of data for modeling purposes.
• Conducting A/B testing and other experiments to validate model effectiveness and refine pricing strategies.
• Presenting findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in statistical modeling and machine learning.
• Proven experience with TPO models, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Databricks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Knowledge of FMCG industries is a plus.
