What you can expect from us:

• Help design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and models to support Schindler's data-driven initiatives            
• Design and maintain data models, schemas and data structures to support analytical and operational use cases            
• Work with data experts to evaluate data and improve existing systems            
• Contribute to the development of our cloud environment            
• Maintain existing dashboard solutions            
• Develop technical documentation and instructions and share best practices to ensure smooth operations in the field            

 

What makes you special:

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to computer science, computer engineering, information systems or similar
• Very good knowledge in Python, special focus on data science tools and functions            
• Previous internship or project experience in data engineering or related field is an advantage
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) is a plus            
• Familiarity with data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Pandas)            
• Knowledge of dashboarding such as PowerBI            
• Fluent business english, additional languages are a strong plus
