Data Analyst Specialist

DATA ANALYST SPECIALIST 

Celaya, Guanajuato, México. 

Indefinite contract. 

At Hutchinson Hose Plant, we design and produce customized materials and connected solutions to meet the needs of our global automotive industry customers. We are seeking a Data Analyst Specialist to prepare, analyze, and maintain financial and operational data from systems such as ONE, XA, and PICS, with the goal of generating strategic insights and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, clean, transform, and interpret data using statistical techniques.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain databases and data collection systems.
3. Present findings and translate data into understandable documents.
4. Support data mining, visualization, and trend analysis.
5. Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information and support budgeting, strategy, and audits.
6. Apply operational controls related to the company’s management systems, including ISO 14000, ISO 45000, ISO 50001, and IATF 16949.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in economic-administrative fields, engineering, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills:
Experience with XA systems (Mapics, Powerlink), IFM, ENG, PUR, INV modules; knowledge of PICS, costing, tooling, BOM, quotations, EREQ; proficiency in Power BI and Excel (intermediate to advanced level); English proficiency (intermediate to advanced level); financial analysis, budgeting, KPIs, dashboards, consolidation and reporting methodologies.

Experience:
Previous experience in financial data analysis, budget support, information consolidation, and interaction with departments such as sales, purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing plants.
