Full Stack Developer

Aspire Software is looking for an Full Stack Developer to join our team in Lebanon.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong interest or growing experience in AI-driven applications. You’ll contribute to projects that blend modern web development with intelligent features, from AI-enhanced dashboards to real-time APIs. You'll be expected to take ownership of discrete product features, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow your capabilities with support from a portfolio of engineering teams. This is an ideal role for someone who’s already strong in full stack development and is looking to level up with AI integration, performance optimization, and cross-functional product thinking.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience building full stack applications with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience integrating and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Supabase, SQL).
• Comfortable with full stack development: routing, APIs, UI frameworks, and deployment workflows.
• Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience in AI/ML, LLMs, and/or data-heavy workflows.
• Proficient in Git, Agile practices, and basic DevOps/CI/CD.
• Ability to work with some autonomy, take ownership of feature sets, and debug across the stack.
• Ability to work asynchronous, with some crossover on North American times for admin and stand-ups

Nice-to-Haves:

• Exposure to AI tools (e.g., OpenAI API, TensorFlow, CUDA, or vision models) or AI coding tools.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks, or cloud-native platforms.
• Previous work on real-time systems, parallel processing, or visual computing, in work or in personal projects.
• Certification or personal projects related to ML, cloud, or performance engineering.
• Former Start-Up founder experience, either as a technical role or CTO - failed or successful start-ups.
