Your Job

What you give your best for.

  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive data catalog
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams from the business and multiple data management disciplines to improve the user experience with data catalogs for all stakeholder groups
  • Implementing and optimising workflows, landing pages and asset models of the data catalog
  • Providing technical user support and training on data catalog functionality and best practices
  • Monitoring and reporting on the usage and effectiveness of the data catalog, making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Keeping up to date on data cataloging tools and technologies in order to recommend improvements and innovations

Your Profile

What you should have.

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, information technology, computer science or a related field.
  • Experience with data cataloging tools
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices
  • Familiarity with data modeling, asset modeling and metadata management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams
  • Self-motivated way of working with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

 

Desirable extras.

  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
  • Collibra Data Catalog Certifications with a focus on Asset Model Adjustments and Workflow implementations
