Bilingual Machine Learning Engineer

Machine Learning & Generative IA Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented ML/GenAI Engineer to join our Data
Science and Modelling team.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Geology, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.
✅ Experience with scientific scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, Matlab) and SQL
✅ Demonstrated experience deploying real-world machine learning solutions on hyperscale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks)
✅ Familiarity with foundational concepts of Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, transformers) and relevant frameworks
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate with management, engineering teams, clients, and other stakeholders
✅ English level B2 or higher conversational (will be validated)

Preferred Qualifications:

✅ Experience with object-oriented programming (e.g., Python, C#/C++, Java).
✅ Knowledge of deep learning and related toolkits: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
✅ Knowledge of the energy industry, understanding different challenges and potential
solutions.
✅ Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Data Version
Control).
✅ Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (e.g., langchain, langgraph, adk, semantic kernel, dspy)
