You'll work across the entire technology stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services within the Application Development Function (FinSight, Equities, WRAFT), delivering high-quality solutions that meet both user and business needs.

 The impact you will have in this role: 

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll be part of a collaborative Technology team that tackles innovative projects. You'll work across the entire technology stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services within the Application Development Function (FinSight, Equities, WRAFT), delivering high-quality solutions that meet both user and business needs. 

 Your Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain robust server-side logic and APIs using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar. 
  • Design and implement responsive, user-centric web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). 
  • Integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, product owners and software developers’ engineers in test. 
  • Documentation – develops and maintains system documentation to assist in modernization. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. 
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. 
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. 
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack. 

 Qualifications: 

  • Senior Associate Level- Candidates must be 2-3 years post-college graduates with at least 1–2-year work experience. 
  • Degree within: Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, MIS or Business & Technology Management or any other equivalent specialization or related technical field. 

 Talent Needed for success: 

  • Front-End Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue. 
  • Back-End Development: Node.js, Express, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring) 
  • Database Management: SQL (Oracle, Aurora) and NoSQL (Redis). 
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred but not required), Azure, or GCP 
  • Container Platforms: Redhat OpenShift, Kubernetes or similar. 
  • Messaging Technologies: Apache Kafka, IBM MQ. 
  • Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket. 
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. 
  • Testing: Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Karate, Mockito, Jacacco). 
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and communication. 
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
