The team
The People Systems team supports the HR organization through technology, managing initiatives that range from end-user support for our HRIS (HiBob) to contributing to the broader HR technology roadmap.
The role
As an HR Systems Analyst, you’ll work closely with HR stakeholders and cross-functional partners to identify challenges and design scalable, efficient solutions. This role offers an opportunity to significantly shape Nebius’ HR systems landscape while enhancing your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include
- Develop a strong understanding of our HR systems and play an active role in the rollout and testing of new functionality.
- Independently identify opportunities for automation and self-service, both within and outside of HiBob.
- Provide end-user support for HiBob and other HR systems, developing a robust understanding of how users interact with leading HR technology.
- Maintain overview of both ad hoc support requests and tickets related to larger initiatives, ensuring timely resolution and effective tracking within the ticketing system.
- Identify and propose solutions to tackle end-user knowledge gaps.
- Create and maintain well-organized and accessible documentation of knowledge in Confluence.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of new processes and systems by supporting their rollout and adoption.
- Manage technical projects in a global context, including planning, progress tracking, and regular reporting to stakeholders.
We expect you to have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

2–4 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, with a focus on systems, analytics, or process design

Demonstrated success in automating manual processes

Solid understanding of modern HRIS platforms, particularly in the context of the employee lifecycle (HiBob experience preferred)

Basic familiarity with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)

Experience working with ticketing systems like Jira

Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex IF statements)

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

Familiarity with Python, Power Automate, or Apache Airflow is a plus
