As our AML Operations Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our compliance with global anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CFT), sanctions, and proliferation financing regulations. You’ll work closely with team leads across these verticals to ensure our processes, systems, and people are aligned with regulatory expectations.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll need a solid understanding of AML/CFT regulations and typologies, along with strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel and pivot tables—is essential, and experience with statistical tools is a plus.

A diploma or certification in AML (such as ACAMS) is highly advantageous. You should also have at least four years of experience managing a team, with the ability to lead, train, and support others effectively.

You’ll be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Experience preparing SARs/STRs and conducting investigations is also beneficial.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in the online gaming or casino industry
• Knowledge of sports betting markets and player behavior
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance standards
• Experience in customer retention strategies
