YOUR NEW ROLE

• Expert member of PB’s new Visualisation Centre of Excellence
• Own the design and delivery of PB’s target state dashboard ecosystem, a one-way, same-way Management Information asset that provides click through and drill down capability from Executive level views. This asset will underpin the Data & Analytics strategy that supports PB’s 5-year growth ambitions
• Business partnering with stakeholders to be responsive to business & customer needs for data to inform decision making and action.
• Development of analytics, dashboard reporting for dedicated function executive leaders.
• Foster trust in data by applying data risk governance principles.
• Work with stakeholders and peers to prioritise and deliver backlog.
• Track and review business performance by keeping track of metrics that impact performance

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

• 8+ years experience in Data Analytics and Data Visualization
• Proficient in complex data wrangling, ETL processes, and data preparation using SQL and Python
• Advanced hands-on experience with Power BI for enterprise-level reporting, preferably within banking or financial services
• Demonstrated ability to extract, analyse, and present insights in a meaningful and executive-ready format
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives through world-class data visualisation and storytelling that drive executive decision-making
• Demonstrates initiative and is results-driven, with a strong focus on exceeding stakeholder expectations through impactful insights
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and success metrics that align with strategic objectives
• Deliver actionable insights iteratively, leveraging agile principles to respond quickly to feedback and evolving business needs
