Job Overview
This role provides the opportunity to explore and manage automotive OES (Original Equipment Supplier) parts data for the SEA region. If you're detail-oriented, independent, and excited about working with large volumes of data in the automotive space, this is the right fit for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and gather domestic and foreign automotive OES parts data from reliable sources in the SEA region.
- Conduct in-depth analysis on various vehicle models to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Extract, interpret, and input automotive parts information from electronic catalogues into internal systems.
- Identify, correct, and document data discrepancies following standard workflows.
- Generate analytical reports to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal departments to uphold and improve data quality standards.
- Assist team leads in ensuring timely delivery of projects with technical accuracy.
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance data processes and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or any relevant technical field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in data and the automotive industry are encouraged to apply.
- Experience (0–3 years) in data research, data entry, or the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Strong interest in data-related roles within the automotive sector.
- A genuine automotive enthusiast with curiosity to learn about vehicle systems and components.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and managing large data sets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Independent, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- A strong problem-solver and proactive team player.
