YOUR NEW ROLE

• Enhance the capability of the Insight and MIS team to provide insights and support business requests at a strategic and tactical level to achieve business goals.
• This role supports the stakeholders across all Consumer Finance domain .
• This role will be key for the business to meet the organisation’s short-term and long-term customer and financial objectives by supporting the Dashboard Requests, Data Requests, Migration support.
• Role also involves in designing and developing an ecosystem for Reports and dashboards to help Consumer Bank understand trends and identify customers pain point for a longstanding and fruitful relationship.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• At least 12+ years experience in management reporting for financial services, banking or insurance
• Experience in handling high volume data
• Work experience on Databricks, SAS, R or Python at advanced levels is a must
• Work experience in developing management dashboard in Tableau and/or Power BI
• High levels of proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access; Excel VBA is an added advantage
• Good Presentation skills and able to convey technical details in a business language
