Role and responsibilities
As Strategic Program Manager, you will be responsible for executing key initiatives that bring our IT & Data strategy to life. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure alignment across the organization. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic IT & Data initiatives aligned with organizational goals

• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive strategy execution.

• Monitoring initiative performance and reporting progress to stakeholders

• Facilitating strategic decision-making within the IT & Data Management Team

• Partnering with change management to ensure sustainable transformation

Education and experience

• Master’s degree in Strategic Management, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• 7–10 years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on IT strategy execution

Skills

• Strategic thinker with a systems mindset

• Strong understanding of IT & Data industry trends

• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Customer-focused, results-driven, and proactive

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to influence without authority and manage resistance

• Comfortable working in high-pressure environments

• Hands-on mentality with well-developed consultancy skills

• Team player with a collaborative mindset

You will join the Office of the CIO (OCIO), a team of 50 professionals at the forefront of IT craftsmanship and strategic alignment. The IT & Data Strategy & Innovation team supports the IT & Data Management Team in defining and industrializing strategy, aligning portfolios, and managing innovation.
