Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data analysts in the migration, cleansing, and integration of data from multiple legacy systems

  • Develop and implement data quality standards and processes

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity throughout the ERP implementation

  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders

  • Lead and Mentor team members and provide technical guidance


Qualifications:
Required: 

  • Secret security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance

  • Responsible for the successful execution of the program’s strategic data management and integration

  • 12+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in government or defense sectors

  • Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly in implementation and data migration

  • Be the point of contact for data analysis and extraction activities for reporting to process partners, internal customers, and vendors.  

  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

  • Experience with large-scale data migration projects

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate plans and strategies to executive level positions

  • Familiarity with DoD logistics systems is highly desirable

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a related field

  • Project management expertise for planning, executing, and completing large scale projects across various stakeholder groups and teams


Desired:

  • PMI PgMP/PMP cerfication

  • Agile certification (SAFe) and experience working in an Agile environment

  • Six Sigma lean certification

  • SAP expertise (public sector/DoD preferred)

  • Direct experience with commercial and Federal supply chain best practices

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$105,100-$231,100
