AI Developer m/f/d (50 % - 70%), Lucerne Our team drives innovation by harnessing data, automation, and artificial intelligence to optimize business processes and enable data-driven decision-making. With expertise in data science, business analysis, and process automation, we develop intelligent solutions that support the digital transformation of our organization.
To strengthen our team we are looking for an AI Developer (m/f/d). In this role, you will significantly influencing the technological future of our organization.
Your duties

• Development of AI solutions/ML models
• Test, deploy and maintain AI systems
• Collaborate with data scientists and other engineers to integrate AI into broader system architecture
• Stay current with AI trends and suggest improvements to existing systems and workflows

Our requirements

• Knowledge and interest of ML/AI techniques
• Proficiency in Python programming and Github
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Managing data flow and infrastructure for effective AI deployment
• Collaboration across teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI and other related fields
• Hand-on experience implementing AI projects
• Machine Learning or AI course certificates

Your place of work will be Lucerne.
Starting date: 01.08.2025 or as agreed upon
