We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as Optimisation Analyst reporting to Workflow Optimisation Manager.

A bit about your role

The Optimisation Analyst is responsible for enhancing nbn’s Automated scheduling system by configuring and refining optimising parameters and configurations to improve technician efficiency and KPI outcomes. The role involves managing auto-routing schedules, updating business rules, simulating changes, and producing operational reports.

The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying innovative solutions and continuous improvement opportunities across systems and processes.

A bit about you

The ideal candidate for the Optimisation Analyst role is a proactive and analytical professional with experience in telecommunications or field operations. They possess strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and workflow technologies, with a solid understanding of FTTX technologies and field operations.

Proficiency in Python (recommended), Optimax, Groovy scripting, and exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem is essential. Key strengths include stakeholder engagement, multitasking, innovation, and a keen appetite for learning and automation. A strong customer focus and commitment to safety and compliance are also critical.
