You will develop innovative strategies, lead company-wide AI initiatives, and establish structures that create real business impact. What to expect

• #Strategic Steering: Design and evolve a centralized steering model for AI initiatives, closely aligned with corporate goals, governance requirements, and regulatory frameworks
• #Leadership: Lead cross-functional AI teams with a focus on MVP-based implementation, agile collaboration, and continuous performance improvement
• #AI Use Cases: Identify, develop, and scale strategic AI & analytics initiatives with measurable business impact — from concept to sustainable implementation
• #Collaboration Model: Implement a company-wide hub-and-spoke model to ensure effective collaboration between the central Data & AI team and decentralized domain experts
• #Delivery Excellence: Establish agile frameworks, methods, and best practices to accelerate time-to-value and ensure operational excellence
• #Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and performance measurement systems to assess the effectiveness, scalability, and reusability of AI products
• #Innovation Culture: Foster an open and explorative AI culture focused on experimentation, learning, and continuous evolution
• #Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic sparring partner within the Data & AI leadership team, contributing actively to strategy and roadmap development

What you bring

• A completed degree in #Computer Science, #Telecommunications, #Data Science, or a comparable field – supplemented by extensive senior leadership experience in the AI and data domain
• Over 10 years of experience leading complex #AI and #analytics initiatives, including scalable use cases, measurable business impact, and responsibility for large, cross-functional teams
• Deep expertise in #Data Science, #Analytics Strategy, #ML Ops, and #AI Governance, with the ability to translate these into actionable strategic goals
• Strong proficiency in #Cloud Platforms (e.g., #AWS, #Azure), modern #Data Architectures, and #Agile Methodologies (e.g., #Scrum, #SAFe, etc.)
• A proven ability to bridge #Technology and #Business, with a strong strategic mindset, sense of ownership, and a clear focus on impact
• Excellent communication skills at all levels – particularly in interactions with top management and stakeholders across all areas
• Broad experience in #Change Management, #Organizational Development, and #People Leadership in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
• Fluent in #German and #English at a professional level; #Spanish is a plus
