Responsibilities:

Position: Power BI Developer / Senior Associate Experience: 5-7 Years Location: Bangalore Type: Full Time Certifications: NA About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with 5-7 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, data modeling, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. · Create, maintain, and optimize data models, ensuring high performance and data integrity. · Develop and implement DAX calculations and measures to enhance data analysis capabilities. · Integrate Power BI with various data sources and ensure seamless data connectivity. · Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance. · Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards. · Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve BI solutions. · Implement and manage drill-down functionalities, hierarchies, and interactive visuals to enhance user engagement and data exploration. · Develop intuitive and user-friendly navigation paths within reports to allow users to easily access detailed data views.

Required Skills: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. · 5-7 years of experience in developing business intelligence solutions with Power BI. · Strong proficiency in DAX and data modeling techniques. · Experience with data visualization and creating interactive reports and dashboards. · Solid understanding of relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes. · Experience with scenario handling, including drilldowns, hierarchies, and interactive visuals in Power BI. · Monitor and enhance report performance through query optimization and efficient data modeling. · Design and manage data refresh strategies using Power BI Service, Automate and monitor scheduled refreshes for reliability. · Experience with SQL is a must. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Experience with Python or R is a plus. · Familiarity with Azure services and cloud environments is desirable. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
