Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned AI professional with deep expertise in computer vision and system architecture. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will lead the design and deployment of scalable AI systems for real-time video analytics and intelligent automation. You will play a pivotal role in architectural decision-making and cross-functional integration of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable AI architectures focused on computer vision and real-time inference.
• Build and deploy models for object detection, segmentation, classification, and tracking.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in deep learning and software engineering.
• Own the entire ML pipeline—from data ingestion and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
• Implement and optimize YOLO-based and transformer-based models for industrial applications.
• Collaborate with hardware, backend, and DevOps teams for seamless production integration.
• Develop tools for benchmarking, annotation, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure system reliability and scalability through CI/CD, version control, and containerization.
  

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with YOLO, UNet, Mask R-CNN, Deep SORT, and other computer vision models.
• Strong grasp of real-time video processing and inference optimization.
• Experience with Docker, Git, MLflow, and model versioning.
• Familiarity with OpenCV, NumPy, and other image processing tools.
• Competence in deploying models on GPU-enabled Linux environments and edge devices (e.g., Jetson, Coral).
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-model orchestration, DeepStream, or virtual camera feeds.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices in production.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean).
• Exposure to synthetic data generation and 3D modeling.
• Contributions to research, publications, or open-source projects in AI/ML.
  

Education & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML with a specialization in computer vision and system-level design.
• Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions.
