We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Documentation Lead / AI Content Creator to join our team.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Author & maintain product and API docs. Personally write and maintain high-quality technical documentation for Gcore cloud, network and security solutions.
• Embed AI content generation. Choose and fine-tune an LLM stack (ChatGPT/Claude or open-source + RAG), implement auto-diffs, code snippet tests and AI-powered localization.
• Craft in-product UX copy. Write microcopy, paywalls, onboarding wizards, in-product notifications and emails, run A/B tests with Product-Led-Growth and raise conversion on key paywalls.
• Drive interactive onboarding & training. Script product tours, code playgrounds and short how-to videos using gen-AI studios.
• Instrument, measure, optimise. Wire up search analytics, scroll-depth, docs-to-signup attribution; run experiments and report insights to Product-Led-Growth.
• Scale the team. After proving value, hire and onboard additional technical writers and/or content engineers (1-2 FTE within 12 months).

Qualifications

We Expect You to Have:

• 5+ years writing for cloud / DevOps / APIs with a deep grasp of Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, CDN and GPU IaaS workloads.
• Hands-on with doc-as-code stacks: Mintlify, Git, Markdown/AsciiDoc, OpenAPI/Swagger, static-site generators, CLI docs linters.
• Proven experience operationalising LLM-based workflows for content creation, localization and validation; comfortable scripting RAG pipelines in Python/JS.
• Able to design and maintain the entire publication pipeline (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, S3-style hosting, CDN cache-bust) without external help.
• Self-starter who ships, tracks metrics and iterates in agile/kanban environments; data-driven decision-maker.
• English C1+ (primary portal language); able to review MT outputs and manage terminology across locales.

Nice-to-have:

• Video production/editing (ScreenFlow, Descript, ffmpeg) or interactive tutorial tooling (WalkMe, Intro.js).
• Experience building search ML ranking or “Docs GPT” chatbots.
