What you'll do

As a working student (f/m/d) in the Regional Implementation Group for SAP Business AI, you will support the team by building automation scripts that streamline internal processes and improve data accuracy. Your work will help maintain up-to-date information on AI feature usage, documentation, and activation status—enabling better visibility and decision-making across business operations. You’ll collaborate with a global team of AI experts, gaining hands-on experience with automation, data handling, and enterprise collaboration tools. By making key data more accessible and reliable, you’ll contribute to smoother operations and help our team deliver AI solutions that improve how businesses run and serve their customers. 

What you bring 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. Preferably computers science, business informatics, math, or similar
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and enterprise software
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and similar
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, global team environment
• Comfortable working in English; German is a plus
• Relevant work or project experience is a plus

Meet your team

The Regional Implementation Group for SAP Business AI (AI RIG) is part of SAP’s CTO / Business AI unit and plays a pivotal role in helping customers activate and adopt SAP Business AI solutions. Our globally distributed team combines deep technical and functional AI expertise to support customers across industries through strategic programs such as the Early Adopter Care Program, Top Customer Program, 1:Many and 1:1 activations, production activations, and targeted proof-of-concepts for high-priority customers. We are committed to accelerating customer success by delivering hands-on guidance, scalable enablement, and real-world implementation support.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
