Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Systems Analyst with strong expertise in data integration and engineering. This role involves leading and contributing to the development of a data integration hub, including the automation of data pipelines, designing SQL solutions, and ensuring data quality within an agile development framework.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support agile teams in technical design and development for data integration solutions.
• Acquire and integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured data sources using tools like Informatica Power Center or IICS.
• Develop complex, optimized SQL scripts for Oracle and/or Snowflake for data transformations and reporting views.
• Implement automation for data ingestion, transformation, and loading using ETL tools.
• Perform validation and verification on SQL code, database views, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate on data architecture and acquisition strategies with technical teams.
• Develop documentation, technical specifications, and data models using diagramming tools.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
• Develop user interface mockups and gather validation from stakeholders.
• Support deployment and continuous improvement of the data integration environment.
• Translate evolving business requirements into technical solutions with clear impact assessments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years developing ETL solutions with Informatica Power Center or IICS.
• 8+ years integrating data from multiple sources including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and PDF files for visualization tools such as Tableau.
• 8+ years of experience writing advanced SQL for Oracle and/or Snowflake databases.
• Proven track record in data analytics, system analysis for data warehouse or performance management projects.
• Strong skills in technical writing, system documentation, and use of tools like Visio, Erwin, and Microsoft Office.
• Analytical problem-solving mindset with ability to deliver across multiple systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience juggling multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
• Agile development team participation (4+ years).
• Awareness of security practices related to healthcare data.
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in healthcare data projects or handling PII/PHI data.
• Proficiency in Python, JIRA, Java, JavaScript, C#, and REST/SOAP web services.
• CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Mulesoft development.
